We provide seniors, aged 55 and up, with appealing opportunities to lead active and healthy lifestyles.
Every day our Centre is filled with seniors taking part in recreational, social, and learning activities, or enjoying low cost meals.
We welcome you to join us by stopping by any weekday

NEW - The Centre will now be open from 9 am to 7 pm on Mondays
Check the schedule for afternoon/evening activities.
Tuesday - Friday, 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, excluding Statutory Holidays
