Chair Fitness - our most gentle class, suitable for all levels of fitness
Wednesdays 9:30 am - 10:15 am
Fitness for Life - this is the most intensive of our seniors’ fitness classes. Join instructor, Marina for a fun, varied workout to improve cardiovascular condition, muscle strength, endurance and balance.
There is a $2 fee per class.
Tuesdays 2:15 pm - 3 pm
Thursdays 9:15 am - 10:00 am
