We provide seniors, aged 55 and up, with appealing opportunities to lead active and healthy lifestyles.
Every day our Centre is filled with seniors taking part in recreational, social, and learning activities, or enjoying low cost meals.
We welcome you to join us by stopping by any weekday

The Centre will be closed:
Tuesday, November 11 for Remembrance Day
Thursday, December 25 for Christmas
Friday, December 26 for Boxing Day
Thursday, January 1 for New Years Day
NOTE: Wednesday Dec 24 and Wednesday Dec 31 we close at 1 pm
Annual General Meeting
This is early notice that the AGM will be held on Thursday, December 4 from 10:30 am - 12 pm. Nominations for director positions closed Friday, October 10.Pre-registration for the AGM will be required, starting Monday, Dec 1, at the front desk.More details will be provided closer to the date.
